Privacy Policy
Your data, wallet & browser storage.
This notice describes the current Lore interface at ponslore.com. The welcome screen records your agreement to the Terms of Use and acknowledgment of this notice. It does not authorize a wallet connection or transaction.
1. Cookies & storage
The interface uses a first-party cookie and local browser storage for the features below. This version does not include advertising or analytics trackers.
- Welcome choice ·
lore_welcome - Stores the notice version and the time you clicked Continue. It expires after one year. Clearing it, using another browser, or a new notice version may show the welcome screen again.
- Appearance ·
lore-theme - Remembers light or dark mode until you change it or clear site data.
- Wallet preferences ·
wagmi.* - Stores connection details, including account addresses, network, wallet connector, and connection or disconnection flags. This supports reconnecting a wallet you previously connected. These records have no fixed time expiry and are updated by wallet actions.
- Transaction recovery ·
lore:pending-operations:v1 - Stores transaction hashes, wallet addresses, network, action, and submission time so you can resume an unfinished operation. Entries are removed when the interface verifies final completion or failure. Unresolved entries have no fixed time expiry.
- Prepared takeover plans ·
pons-cto:… - Stores a prepared community takeover plan and associated wallet, token, and strategy information. These records have no fixed time expiry.
You can remove cookies and local storage through your browser’s site-data settings. This resets remembered choices and can remove transaction-recovery information. It does not cancel a transaction or delete information already submitted to an API or blockchain.
2. Wallets & public data
Lore detects compatible browser wallets. When you connect, the interface uses your wallet address, selected network, and public blockchain information to display balances, prepare actions, and check transactions. The interface does not request your recovery phrase or private keys.
Wallet addresses, balances, transfers, smart-contract settings, and transactions on public blockchains are publicly accessible. Lore’s services may index and retain this information to calculate baskets, display activity, and support payouts. Clearing browser data does not remove blockchain records.
3. Plans & requests
When you prepare a launch or takeover plan, the interface can send its full methodology and related token and strategy information to the configured Lore API before you sign a transaction. Submitted plans are stored by that service, and accepted plans can be retrieved publicly by strategy address. Do not include private or confidential information in a plan.
Looking up a payout can send the recipient wallet address to the API. Blockchain reads, simulations, and transaction checks also send requests to the configured RPC service. These services receive the addresses or transaction details needed to answer the request.
4. Service providers
Website hosting, API, and RPC services receive technical request information such as an IP address, requested resource, browser information, and request time. This information may be used to deliver the service, diagnose errors, and limit abusive requests.
The interface loads fonts from Google Fonts and can load token images from their supplied external URLs. Those providers receive network requests when their resources load. See Google Fonts’ privacy information.
Wallets and services you open through links, including PONS, block explorers, and social platforms, operate under their own privacy policies.
5. Retention
Browser retention is described above. Submitted API plans and indexed blockchain records are stored separately from your browser; an expired plan reservation does not automatically delete the stored plan. Public blockchain records can remain available indefinitely.
Retention of hosting and API request logs depends on the service’s operational configuration. A specific production log-retention period has not yet been established for this notice.
6. Your choices & contact
You can browse the policy pages without accepting the welcome screen, disconnect your wallet, and manage stored site data through your browser. Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or restrictions on the use of personal information. Public blockchain records cannot be erased by Lore.
For privacy questions or requests, contact the official Lore account at @ponslore_com. Do not post private information publicly or send recovery phrases or private keys.
7. Updates
This notice may be updated as the interface or its services change. The date above identifies the current version. A revised welcome notice may ask you to acknowledge an update.
