Terms of Use
1. Agreement
These Terms govern your access to ponslore.com, its interfaces, and related software made available by Lore. By accessing or using Lore, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Lore.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms.
2. Restricted access
You may not access or use Lore if you are located in, ordinarily resident in, incorporated in, or accessing Lore from:
- the United States, including its territories and possessions;
- the European Union or European Economic Area;
- the United Kingdom;
- a jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions imposed by the United Nations, United States, European Union, or United Kingdom; or
- any jurisdiction where your use would be unlawful or would require Lore to register, obtain a licence, or obtain regulatory approval.
You may not use Lore if you are subject to applicable sanctions or acting for a restricted person. You may not use a VPN, proxy, wallet, intermediary, or other method to evade these restrictions.
3. What Lore provides
Lore provides software that helps communities describe fee plans, coordinate around token launches or community takeovers, interact with smart contracts, and view public blockchain data.
Lore does not operate PONS or any other third-party launchpad. Lore does not provide brokerage, exchange, investment advisory, fiduciary, or custodial services through this interface. You control your wallet and approve your own transactions.
4. $LORE
Holding $LORE gives you no right to Lore revenue, creator fees, protocol fees, profits, treasury assets, distributions, equity, ownership, governance, redemption, services, or other benefits.
$LORE is a community token. It is not required to use Lore. Any treasury purchase or other support for $LORE is discretionary, may never happen, may stop at any time, and creates no obligation to holders.
A fee plan for another token may direct assets to that token’s holders. That arrangement does not give $LORE holders any right to those assets.
5. Your responsibility
You are responsible for your wallet, keys, transactions, tax obligations, legal compliance, token activity, and any fee plan or content you create or share. You must independently review smart contracts, assets, transaction details, and applicable law before acting.
Lore does not endorse a token, community, creator, wallet, basket, fee plan, launch, or takeover merely because it appears through the interface.
6. Fees and transactions
Any Lore fee will be shown before you approve a transaction. Network fees and third-party charges are separate. Blockchain transactions may be irreversible, and Lore cannot cancel, recover, or modify a transaction after submission.
Smart contracts may be immutable. A fee plan described as locked may not be changeable after activation.
7. Prohibited use
You may not use Lore to:
- break the law, evade sanctions, launder funds, finance unlawful activity, or handle stolen assets;
- manipulate markets, conduct wash trading, mislead buyers, impersonate others, or make false claims;
- offer or promote an asset in a way that requires registration or approval you do not have;
- infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
- attack, disrupt, scrape abusively, reverse engineer maliciously, or introduce harmful code; or
- help another person do anything prohibited by these Terms.
8. Third parties
Lore may link to or interact with PONS, wallets, RPC providers, block explorers, tokens, decentralised exchanges, social platforms, and other third-party services. Their terms and risks apply separately. Lore is not responsible for their availability, security, conduct, content, or decisions.
9. Risks
Digital assets and smart contracts carry substantial risk. Tokens may lose all value. Liquidity may disappear. Prices, baskets, holder sets, and payouts may differ from expectations. Contracts, keepers, indexers, RPC services, bridges, markets, wallets, or networks may fail, be exploited, be delayed, or produce incorrect results.
Laws and regulatory treatment may change. You accept these risks and use Lore at your own discretion.
10. No advice
Nothing on Lore is investment, legal, tax, or financial advice, or a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold an asset. Examples are illustrative. Do your own research and obtain professional advice where appropriate.
11. Disclaimers
Lore is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Lore disclaims all warranties, including accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, security, and uninterrupted operation.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Lore and its contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, loss of digital assets, or loss caused by smart contracts, third parties, or unauthorised wallet access.
12. Access and changes
Lore may change, suspend, or stop the interface, and may restrict access where reasonably necessary. This does not control public blockchains or reverse deployed transactions.
These Terms may be updated by posting a revised version and date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. If any part is unenforceable, the remaining parts stay in effect.
13. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent through the official Lore account at @ponslore_com.
